Carson Business Logistics was formed by Director Scott Carson in 2003, with the business now evolving in what it is today – an experienced national team of logistics industry professionals that provide innovation in logistics/supply chain consulting and business sale facilitation services through unique structured methods.

Each of our consultants holds appropriate logistics industry and business professional qualifications.

We operate nationally within Australia and the Asia Pacific region, spending appropriate mixes of consulting time with our clients on site and in our offices performing data modelling, analysis and then developing innovative solutions to our clients logistics problems and assisting them in capitalising on their potential opportunities.

It is a pre-requisite that we require our consultants to absorb important knowledge of our client’s business when starting a consulting project , in order to avoid the pitfalls of potentially providing inadequate or “generic” consulting advice. 

In terms of logistics cost savings realised for past client projects , these have ranged from 10% through to 48% of total supply chain costs , with the added benefit in most cases of relatively minimal capital expenditure outlay other than that for necessary replacement and upgrades.
